Corrugated Board
A dependable fluted board built for shipping pressure, stacking strength, and day-to-day courier handling. A practical choice when protection matters as much as presentation.
A 10ml dropper bottle can look lost inside the wrong carton. We size CBD oil boxes around the bottle, cap, label and any insert needed, so the finished pack feels neat rather than bulky.

CBD oil packaging boxes are made to fit dropper bottles used for oils and tinctures. Common sizes include 10ml, 15ml, 30ml and 100ml. The carton can be printed with branding and product details, while an insert may be added when the bottle needs extra support.
CBD bottles may look similar, but small differences in the cap and glass can change the fit of the carton. We normally start with the finished bottle rather than a standard box size. The height is checked with the dropper cap fitted, and enough room is left so the bottle can be removed without pulling at the carton. A box that is too wide allows the bottle to move. One that is too tight may rub against the label. This matters particularly with glass bottles sent through the post.
A 10ml bottle generally needs a narrow carton with limited empty space. A 30ml bottle is taller and may need more support around the base. Larger 100ml bottles often require stronger board because the filled product carries more weight.
Brands selling several bottle sizes can keep the artwork consistent while adjusting each carton to its bottle. Related products can also be packed in matching bottle packaging boxes rather than forcing different containers into one standard format.
Not every CBD oil box needs an insert. A close-fitting folding carton may hold a lightweight bottle well enough for retail use. An insert becomes more useful when the bottle is fragile, the box has extra space, or the order is being sent by courier.
The insert can hold the base of the bottle and reduce side-to-side movement. For gift sets containing more than one item, a custom insert box usually gives better control than placing several loose cartons together.
Small CBD cartons get crowded fast. Front panel usually carries product name, strength, branding. Ingredients, directions, warnings, batch details, other required info — often need to go on side or rear panels.
Plan this before artwork approval. Shrinking text at the last minute makes the finished box hard to read. Embossing or foil? Can be added — but work best on a small area, not every panel.
Individual bottles are commonly packed in folding cartons. Subscription orders may use the carton inside a mailer box to protect it during delivery.
A CBD oil gift box works differently. It may hold several bottles, droppers or related products in one fitted insert. The structure should therefore be chosen around the full set, not just the largest item. For repeat supply, the bottle dimensions and artwork can be retained so later batches remain consistent.
