Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how Custom Boxes Wholesale manages website access, account use, artwork approval, payments, production, cancellations, shipping, and delivery. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined on this page.
Terms of Service
By entering this website, you agree to the service terms published here. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, account holders, and users who browse our website, request quotations, upload artwork, approve proofs, or place an order with Custom Boxes Wholesale.
We may revise, update, or replace these terms at any time without issuing individual notice. For that reason, customers should review this page regularly. Continued use of the website or continued business with us will be treated as acceptance of the latest version.
Custom Boxes Wholesale also retains the right to use samples, visuals, and finished printed work for portfolio display, production reference, or demonstration of capability unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Copyright Notice
All website material, including logos, written content, product descriptions, visual assets, graphics, icons, layout structure, and design elements, belongs to Custom Boxes Wholesale unless stated otherwise. This material is protected under copyright and related intellectual property rules.
You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, extract, or reuse our website content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of website material may lead to legal or commercial action where appropriate.
User Conduct
You agree that any files, designs, text, or instructions submitted through this website are either your own property or are being used with valid permission from the legal owner. Content submitted to us must not be unlawful, abusive, indecent, fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of third-party rights.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate order details and correct shipping information. If incorrect addresses or unsuitable instructions are submitted, delays or additional charges may follow.
Abuse of the website through scraping, automation, malicious activity, or other unauthorised behaviour may result in access restriction and further action where necessary.
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or refuse content or orders that conflict with these terms or violate legal, ethical, or third-party standards.
Accounts, Registration & Passwords
Certain website areas may require registration details such as email address, name, and password. Customers may also be asked to submit additional account-related information where needed for order support or secure access.
You are responsible for keeping passwords confidential. If access to your account is obtained through your credentials, activity under that account may still be treated as your responsibility. Passwords should never be shared casually or stored insecurely.
By registering an account or using restricted areas of the website, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy and how relevant personal information may be used in connection with website services.
Order Placement, Payment & Cancellation
All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling. Production begins only after the order has been fully approved and all payments, taxes, charges, and additional fees, including urgent production charges where applicable, have been cleared.
Customers must provide approved digital files and confirm their order details before production starts. Once the final proof has been approved and the order moves into production, no further changes are guaranteed.
Cancellations may be accepted only within a limited timeframe after approval and are subject to production stage and incurred costs. Once production is underway, cancellation charges may apply. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Delays caused by circumstances outside our control do not automatically create a right to cancel an order.
Yearly Holidays
Our response, proofing, and production schedules may be affected during public holidays or annual closures. Customers placing seasonal, promotional, or deadline-driven orders should allow sufficient lead time around holiday periods.
Return & Refund Policy
If a delivered order is defective or printed incorrectly, the issue should be reported promptly after delivery. Supporting photographs and clear evidence may be required for our review team to assess the problem properly.
Where a confirmed production fault exists, reprinting is generally the primary solution. Refunds are not automatically issued. The company may require return evidence or further inspection before confirming a remedy.
Faulty goods should not be used or distributed while a quality concern is under review.
Customer Submitted Artwork
Customers should provide artwork in production-ready format wherever possible. CMYK colour mode and high-resolution files are strongly recommended for accurate print output. Low-resolution files, RGB artwork, missing fonts, or incorrect setup may reduce final print quality.
Custom Boxes Wholesale may provide proofing support and layout guidance, but final responsibility remains with the customer once artwork is approved for production. If customer-supplied files contain errors, quality issues arising from those files are not the responsibility of the company.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that the files are lawful to print and do not violate third-party rights. We may cancel or refuse any order containing content we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, or rights-infringing.
No Liability for Errors
We are not responsible for errors that already exist in customer-approved files. This includes spelling mistakes, punctuation issues, font problems, damaged artwork, bleed mistakes, layout problems, fold conflicts, crop mark issues, transparency handling, or similar setup errors.
Minor manufacturing variation may also occur in fold placement, structural finish, print appearance, and final dimensions. These do not automatically qualify as production faults unless clearly outside acceptable commercial tolerance.
Overruns and Underruns
Packaging production may occasionally result in slight overruns or underruns. While we work to meet the requested quantity as accurately as possible, small quantity variation is part of normal print manufacturing. Customers requiring an exact delivered quantity should plan for that reality when ordering.
Production, Shipping & Delivery
Production time starts after artwork approval and once the order is fully confirmed by our review or prepress team. If urgent handling is requested, additional charges may apply and must be approved in advance.
We work hard to meet production and dispatch targets, but Custom Boxes Wholesale is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, technical interruptions, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
Customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for customs duties, import charges, or local taxes. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Incorrect address submissions may lead to extra delivery or re-shipment charges.
Where an expedited service charge has been paid and an internal issue affects that service level, any review of that charge will depend on the circumstances of the order. Production delays do not automatically create a right to cancel work already in progress.
Changes in Terms & Conditions
We may amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revised wording becomes effective once published on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly if you want to remain updated on changes.
Continued use of the website after updates have been published will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
