Delivery Policy
This page outlines how production timelines, order handling, dispatch, and delivery work at Custom Boxes Wholesale so you know exactly what to expect before and after placing an order.
Standard Delivery Timeline
Most orders are completed within a typical production window once the design is approved and payment is confirmed. In general, packaging projects move through production within a standard business timeframe, depending on order size and complexity.
Production does not begin immediately after placing an order. It starts only after final artwork approval and internal confirmation. Once production is complete, your packaging is packed securely and dispatched through a suitable courier partner.
Delivery timelines can vary depending on order specifications, location, and logistics handling, so realistic expectations are important when planning inventory or product launches.
Expedited Production & Delivery
If you are working with a tight deadline, expedited production may be available. This depends on the type of packaging, required quantity, and how close the requested delivery date is.
Faster turnaround requests should be discussed before confirming the order so our team can assess feasibility. Not every project can be rushed without affecting quality or workflow.

Order Production Process
Every order follows a structured workflow to maintain consistency and quality.
- Step 1: Order is placed and details are confirmed.
- Step 2: Artwork is reviewed, adjusted if needed, and approved.
- Step 3: Production begins including printing and finishing.
- Step 4: Finished products are packed and dispatched.
Each stage ensures that the packaging meets both structural and visual requirements before delivery.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation depends on how far the order has progressed. Early-stage cancellations are easier to process, while later-stage cancellations may involve partial costs.
- Before design work: Small administrative and transaction charges may apply.
- During design stage: Design effort costs are considered.
- During production: Cancellation may not be possible or may involve significant cost recovery.
- After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled.
Because packaging production involves setup, materials, and scheduling, cancellations become more restricted as work progresses.
Returns & Reprints
Custom packaging orders are not standard retail products, so returns are generally not available once production has started.
If a genuine production issue is verified, we may arrange a reprint of the affected batch. Each case is reviewed carefully before any action is taken.
Design Service Orders
Design services are handled separately from production. Once design work begins, it cannot be reversed, as creative and technical effort has already been invested into the project.
For that reason, design-related services are non-refundable once started.
Reprint Conditions
If there is an issue with the delivered order, it should be reported quickly after delivery. Early reporting helps us evaluate the problem accurately.
- Issues should be reported within a short timeframe after delivery.
- Products may need to be returned for inspection.
- Approval must be received before sending any items back.
- Reprint decisions are based on verified production faults.
Each request is assessed individually to determine whether a reprint is justified.
Non-Refundable Charges
Additional charges related to urgent production, priority handling, or expedited shipping are non-refundable. These services involve dedicated scheduling and resource allocation, which cannot be reversed once committed.
Even in cases where an issue is reported, these service charges are treated separately from the base order value.
