Our company is the owner of material which they use in production. We don’t sell or give material to any other third party. Also, we have access to display your printed products on our website or give them as a free sample to display our expertise in the field.

Therefore, you are not allowed to use this content or change, distribute, modify, copy or republish the content without the legal consent of the website owner. User Conduct:
You must agree that all the material you provide us is your own property and is not copyrighted unless you have permission from the owner to use such information. Any material you provide through the site should not be offensive, abusive, or indecent.
While placing an order, provide us the correct shipping address for the correct delivery of products. Our website doesn’t use robots or other automated means. If you conduct any website exploitation, the company can take legal action.
Our website doesn’t control the content users post on our website and is not responsible for such content if you find it inappropriate. Order Placement, Payment, Cancellation:
Our company accepts payment in Pounds only. Customers need to make payments for orders in Pounds. Working on your order will start immediately as soon as you clear all payments of your ordered products, including all taxes, charges, and additional charges if there is any expedited order. Customers can make the transaction using credit cards or other payment methods our company approves.
For placing an order, customers need to send approved electronic files of products and services they have ordered from us. We will process your order once you are sure of what you have ordered us, and after getting final approval of proof from clients, we will send your process order to production. No changes can be made to the product after the order is sent to production. You can cancel the order 4 hours after final approval, but cancellation charges will be 20% of the total payment of the order. You also have a limit of canceling an order in 24 hours, but it will cost you 50% cancellation charges. The cancellation charges help the company to cover the costs made in the production process.
You cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. Cancellation of orders is also not allowed due to delivery delays because of situations that are not in our control.
Yearly Holidays:
The Custom Boxes Wholesale is not available at following holidays:

• Day after New Year Day
• Easter Monday
• Canada Day
• Labor Day
• Christmas
• National Patriots Day
• Thanksgiving
Return & Refund Policy:
If the delivered product is faulty or is not printed correctly, then you need to inform the company within 3 business days after delivery at sales@customboxeswholesale.co.uk . Our management team will extensively check the defect. Therefore, you need to send the defect’s original picture and return the defective products to our company. We will reprint your order, but we don’t refund the amount. Defected order is not intended to be used by customers. Customers are responsible for sending an image of the defective product within 7 days at their own charges.
Customer’s Submitted Artworks:
Customers need to provide the artwork and design in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300DPI to get perfect printing. If customers don’t provide artwork in format instead of CMYK or fonts and sizes other than mentioned in the corresponding section, then the company will not be liable for blurred, distorted, or pixelated printing. Our company gives proper insight into the final product before sending it into production, so there are no errors, but customers will be responsible for any differences in the final product and will not blame the company.
The Custom Boxes Wholesale ensures that all the artwork files the customer has provided us are his own property. The company has a right to cancel any order if it finds anything unlawful or violates third-party rights. You are fully responsible for the content and instructions you provide us for printing. The company reserves the right to refuse any order without telling a reason. Note that the company doesn’t accept obscene and offensive material for printing purposes.
No Liability for Errors:
The Custom boxes Wholesale will not be responsible if there are following errors in final delivered product:
• Grammatical mistake, misspelling, damaged fonts
• Bleeds, graphics, punctuation
• Percolating marks
• Overprinting
• Crack lines in fold , die lines, crop marks
• Transparency, incorrect folds
• Difference in delivered product size
• Improper layout
Overruns and Underruns:
The Custom Boxes Wholesale delivers the exact quantity of products required by the customer along with some additional quantities. We don’t charge for additional delivered quantities. But it is generally true that delivered products can have 5% overruns and underruns. Therefore, the customers who want an exact quantity of product are advised to order 5% over the required quantity of product.
Production Speed, Shipping & Delivery:
Customers will be informed about the time needed to produce the order. Once the customer has placed an order and provided us with all the requirements of his order. The printing production and TURNAROUND time are calculated and start right after our Prepress department reviews and accepts your artwork file. If you want your order delivered urgently, you can request us while placing an order. But it will cost you extra charges for urgent delivery, and you will have to pay for it.
We provide free delivery services to our customers. They only have to pay the actual payment of order products. But our customers are responsible for paying customs duties if they need their order to be delivered outside the United Kingdom. They have to clear customs fees of shipments to receive products.
The Custom Boxes Wholesale gives their 100% and does all hustles to deliver ordered products on time. Our company is not liable for consequences or damages made during delivery delays. We will not be held responsible for long-delayed shipments caused due to weather conditions, issues of shipment companies, custom duties issues, technical faults, or any other issues that are not in the control of our company. We calculate shipping time on the estimate given by our supplier.
We will refund additional charges for expedited orders if there is any technical issue in the printing process or equipment breakdown. But customers are not allowed to cancel orders due to delays in printing.
We have a standard delivery time of 8-10 business days within the UK without any weight limit. We will charge additional fees if we deliver the order to any other location. We are not provided the estimated shipping time, and we are not liable for any damage caused during shipment and delivery, such as delay, damaged product, or theft. Make sure to provide us the correct information about your shipping address and recheck it to ensure there are no errors in submitting the address. We will charge additional fees for re-shipment.
